Select from shell and tube heat exchangers with either steel or nonferrous constructions. API builds both "hub" designs and "welded" designs. For oil cooling, many opt for the lower cost Type 500 or Type OP for larger duties requiring TEMA or ASME Code.

API manufactures a variety of OEM type air-cooled cores and fan drive units. Cores are available with to cool lube oil, transmission oil and compressed air in single units.

Plate technology offers the advantages of stainless steel plate materials, rugged construction and very compact footprint. We can provide brazed plate, welded plate and traditional plate and frame designs.
